Niki developed her own specialised lymphatic drainage method during naturopathy training, blending osteopathic techniques, the Vodder method and remedial massage after discovering many standard massages actually stress the lymphatic system. A course of six sessions works best for advanced lymphoedema, while single treatments help milder congestion, bloating or sluggishness.
