Sekhem energy healing is a gentle, hands-on spiritual practice rooted in ancient Egyptian temple traditions. It works with high-vibration energy to help release emotional blocks, old wounds, and stress patterns, allowing you to feel lighter, clearer, and more balanced.

Niki trained in Sekhem in 1999 and finds it a natural complement to her naturopathy and massage work. During a session, you remain fully clothed while hands rest lightly on or near your body for approximately one hour, allowing the healing energy to flow where it is needed most. Many clients experience deep relaxation, warmth, and a sense of peace as long-held tension gently lifts.
